Earthly

5.5″ x 7″ ink on paper. Hand-signed and dated.

As much as I love nature, I rarely use green or brown in my work. This was a practice in stepping away from my usual palette, out of my comfort zone. It’s just a small step out of that zone, but it still counts!

The result is reminiscent of The Lord of The Rings, specifically the elven lands, their symbiosis with nature, and their stunning architecture.
