Extra Paint

9″ x 12″ Ink and acrylic on paper. Hand-signed and dated.

This is where the random mark-making all began. I had some orange paint left over after touching up some edges and I didn’t want it to go to waste, so I just picked up a paintbrush as starting making some marks. I liked the result on it’s own, but then one day I felt inspired to pick it up again ad add some even smaller marks in the space between the orange spots and stripes. The mark-making has only evolved from here.
